Dr. Kevin Long has lived in Broken Arrow for over 25 years. After graduating from Union High School he attended Oklahoma State University and graduated from the OSU College of Veterinary Medicine in 2002. Upon graduating he completed an internship in surgery and internal medicine while working at the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Saskatchewan, Canada. While working for the veterinary school at the University of Saskatchewan he was responsible for a busy small animal caseload and for the instruction of senior veterinary students.

He is married to his wife, Stacey, and has three sons Hudson, Nolan and Stephen.

Dr. Ashlea Wulf was born and raised in Oklahoma, growing up in beautiful Broken Arrow. She graduated from Broken Arrow High School and attended Oklahoma State University, where she obtained a Bachelor's degree in Zoology. Dr. Wulf went on to achieve her childhood dream of becoming a veterinarian, graduating with her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2016. After graduation she was excited to return to her hometown and has practiced at Good Shepherd Veterinary Hospital ever since. Her professional interests include surgery, dentistry, exotic animal medicine, and mentoring the next generation of leaders in veterinary medicine.

Dr. Wulf is happily married to her husband, Justin, and has two busy, young boys - Thomas and Oliver. In their free time the Wulfs enjoy Sunday mornings at Life.Church Broken Arrow, going on dates, and attending OSU athletic events.

Dr. Don Schmidt was born and grew up in Kansas, receiving both his undergraduate and veterinary degrees from Kansas State University, but has practiced in the Tulsa area for over 25 years. He and his wife Susan, along with their two sons, Ryan and Zach, reside in Bixby. Dr. Schmidt’s veterinary interests include endocrinology and soft tissue surgery, and he greatly enjoys his work with the Broken Arrow Police Canine unit. Weekends typically find him enjoying youth soccer or in the duck blind.

Dr. Christine Martin was born and raised in the Tulsa area, graduating from Union High School. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Oklahoma before moving to Stillwater to attend the Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine. After completing her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2003, Dr. Martin began practicing in the Tulsa area, joining Good Shepherd Veterinary Hospital in 2019. Her interests include soft tissue surgery, dentistry, internal medicine, and client education. She lives in Broken Arrow with her husband, Ross, and their three sons, Jackson, Nathan and Hudson. In her free time she enjoys watching her kids participate in their various sports and activities, volunteering at her church, and spending time at the lake with her family.

Dr. Shane Murray was born and raised in Northern California. To pursue his education, Dr. Murray moved to Oklahoma to earn an undergraduate degree in Animal Science from Oklahoma State University. He went on to attend Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine to earn his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. Through his practice of veterinary medicine, Dr. Murray enjoys facilitating an improved quality of life for pets and their owners. His professional interests include musculoskeletal disease and lameness, general medicine, ultrasonography, soft tissue surgery, acupuncture, and laser therapy.

In his spare time, Dr. Murray enjoys spending time with his wife, Julie, and their two young daughters.

Dr. Kristen Hamlin graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in BioMedical Sciences and a minor in BioMedical Physics. Dr. Hamlin received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Oklahoma State College of Veterinary Medicine in 2018. Dr. Hamlin is a general practitioner who loves all aspects of veterinary medicine! Her interests include soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, internal medicine, cardiology, dentistry, and ultrasonography. She has a special interest in exotic and wildlife medicine. Dr. Hamlin loves being outdoors and you can likely find her either working in her flower beds/garden or at the barn with her horses, donkeys, and dogs!

Dr. Kelsey Webb was raised in the Tulsa area. After obtaining a degree in Wildlife Ecology from Oklahoma State in 2012, Dr. Webb traveled to the Pacific Northwest and graduated from Oregon State University's College of Veterinary Medicine in 2016. She then completed a rotating specialty and emergency internship outside of Washington D.C., gaining valuable experience and expertise in the field.

Dr. Webb currently lives with her husband and their two dogs. When she's not caring for her patients, she enjoys painting, planning trips to exciting places, and playing chess with her husband at their favorite coffee shop. Dr. Webb is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care for her patients and is passionate about educating clients and mentoring others in the field of veterinary medicine.

Dr. Smith was born and raised in southwest Oklahoma. She attended Oklahoma State University where she received her Bachelor's degree in Biology and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2009. Dr. Smith practiced in Tulsa for several years before relocating to Texas. After several great years in Texas, she returned home to Broken Arrow to be closer to family. Dr. Smith loves all aspects of veterinary medicine, but has a passion for client education and wildlife care.

Dr. Jonathan Hinck was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He earned his bachelor's degree in Zoology at Oklahoma State University in 2019, and stayed another four years in Stillwater to graduate from OSU College of Veterinary Medicine in 2024.

In his free time, Dr. Hinck prefers to spend his time outside, whether it be hiking with friends, playing soccer, or enjoying a round of disc golf. Spending time with family, friends, and community in his church are what's most important to him.

Dr. Williams was raised in New Castle, Delaware. She received her Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from the University of Delaware and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2015.

In 2023, Dr. Williams completed her veterinary acupuncture certification. Dr. Williams is deeply committed to practicing high quality, evidence- based integrative medicine to ensure her patients maintain health throughout their lives.

During her free time, Dr. Williams enjoys spending time with friends and family. She also loves going hiking and dock diving with her two energetic English Springer Spaniels, Piper and Charlie.

Dr. Emily Slay is from Hot Springs, Arkansas and moved to Oklahoma in 2017 to begin her undergraduate studies at the University of Tulsa, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology. After that she graduated with her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2025 from Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Her professional interests include internal medicine, ophthalmology, soft tissue surgery, and preventative care. What she loves most about veterinary medicine is the opportunity to build strong, lasting relationships with pets and their people. Outside of work, she enjoys singing, playing piano, spending time with friends and family, and hunting for treasures while thrifting or antiquing. At home, she is happily bossed around by her beloved childhood cat—affectionately known as my “stinky man.”

Dr. Gregory Yoast was born in Southern California and moved to Cleveland, OK, in grade school. He attended Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine, earning his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2021, and was awarded the Dean Clarence H. McElroy Award. Upon graduation, Dr. Yoast completed an Internship in Small Animal Surgery and Medicine at Oklahoma Veterinary Specialists here in Tulsa, followed by a Small Animal Surgical Internship at the Oklahoma State University Veterinary Teaching Hospital. Dr. Yoast is passionate about patient care, building client relationships, and mentoring the next generation of veterinarians. Outside of work, Dr. Yoast enjoys spending time with his wife, Lindsay, and their beautiful daughter, Hunter. He enjoys traveling, cars, fishing, and watching sports.
